On Monday 04 and Tuesday 05 December, the EU-Japan Centre will organise its 16th Lean in Europe visit. For the first time, the activity will consist of a double-visit and will focus on lean in services. The first company to be visited is Phonovation. The second visit will be to Topflight Travel Group.
